We spend our days mixing, creaming * and, most importantly, sampling, to build you 200g+ NYC style cookies that leave you as stuffed as they are.

Soph's the brains of the operation, with years turning butter, flour and sugar into absurd culinary creations.
Will saw a bakery online once and thought it looked cool. In his own words, he's “just happy to be here.”
We won't pretend this was always the plan. But when we realised life in the emergency services was
absolutely fucking terrible*not for uswe decided a proper change was in order.
So we packed up, moved to Portland, Dorset, and got to work making unreasonably massive cookies.
And we're pretty chuffed with how it's turned out.
