Orders & delivery
What box sizes can I order?+
Four Chonkies or six Chonkies.
Can I choose the flavours?+
Yes. Choose a ready-made house mix or build your own. Build-your-own boxes can contain duplicates.
What's in the ready-made box of 4?+
Old Faithful, Scoff, Cookies & Cream and Brookie.
What's in the ready-made box of 6?+
Old Faithful, Scoff, Cookies & Cream and Brookie, with two extra cookies from the current range.
How much is delivery?+
£4.95 to UK mainland addresses for one box. UK mainland delivery is free when you order two or more boxes.
When do you dispatch?+
Next drop: 20 October 2026. See the Delivery page for current dispatch timing.
Will I get tracking?+
We'll send dispatch or tracking information when it is available from the delivery service.
Can I add a gift message?+
Yes. Add a gift message while building your box.
Cookies
How big are Chonkies?+
At least 200g. Usually bigger.
How should I store them?+
Keep them sealed, cool and dry, away from direct heat and sunlight. For best texture, enjoy them as fresh as possible and follow the storage and date information supplied with your box.
Can I warm them up?+
Yes. Remove all packaging first and warm gently to your preference. Take care with hot fillings and chocolate, and follow any product-specific instructions supplied with the box.
Are they handmade?+
Yes. That means small differences in shape, spread, colour and filling placement are completely normal.
Allergens
Which flavours contain nuts?+
See the current ingredient and allergen information supplied with your box. Triple Chonkolate and Cinny Bun Chonk are not available while their recipes are being developed.

Gifting
Can Chonkie be used for corporate gifting?+
Yes. Chonkie can include personalised messages and QR-linked content for business gifting.
What is Chonkie Crew?+
Crew is an optional B2B mechanic where a recipient can forward a limited number of Passes so another person can claim a downstream Chonkie Send.
Does the sender see a Crew recipient's address?+
No. A Crew claimant gives Chonkie their delivery address directly. The seller does not see it.
