Where we deliver.
Our standard online checkout currently covers UK mainland addresses. If your address falls outside the area supported by checkout, email hello@chonkie.co.uk before ordering and we'll tell you whether we can help.
When we dispatch.
Next drop: Tuesday 20 October 2026. Chonkies are baked to order in Portland. Dorset. This is the drop date, not a guaranteed delivery date.
When they should arrive.
Most UK mainland orders should arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery date in writing.
You'll receive dispatch or tracking information when it is available from the delivery service.
If nobody is home.
Our boxes do not fit through a standard letterbox. If your delivery service offers a safe-place, neighbour or collection option, please choose somewhere secure and suitable for a food parcel. Because the cookies are fresh, collect any missed-delivery parcel as soon as possible.
Check the address.
Please check the delivery address carefully at checkout and again in your order confirmation. If something is wrong, contact us immediately. We'll try to change an address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment or left us.
If a parcel is returned or cannot be delivered because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we may ask you to cover a reasonable redelivery charge where the law allows. Fresh food that becomes unusable solely because of an incorrect customer-supplied address may not be refundable.
Delays, damage and missing parcels.
Delivery networks occasionally experience delays because of weather, traffic, operational disruption or other events outside our immediate control. If your parcel is late, missing, damaged or arrives in an unsuitable condition, contact hello@chonkie.co.uk with your order details and, where useful, photographs. We'll investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
